About the Artist

Kim Novielli is a queer, neurodivergent artist who works with watercolor, oil, pencil, and charcoal. She graduated with a BFA in painting from the University of Hartford in 2005 and moved to North Carolina not long after. She spends her time outside of the studio gardening, practicing martial arts, and enjoying nature. Kim lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with her family and an anxious dog, a feisty rabbit, eight ducks and three chickens.
